Background: Genetic disorders of mineral metabolism causing nephrolithiasis and bone abnormalities are uncommon and have a varied clinical spectrum. Hypophosphataemic rickets with hypercalciuria (HHRH) is a rare autosomal-recessive condition, typically presenting with severe rickets and hypophosphataemia.
